About the Project

As a Product Owner for Open Eir, Ireland's largest network supplier, I contributed to the renovation of their logical network inventory system, a critical infrastructure component. My role extended beyond functional specifications to include defining the data model to ensure alignment with operational requirements. I facilitated agile ceremonies, led client workshops in English, and ensured cross-functional alignment. Additionally, I contributed to Quality Assurance through test campaigns and conducted SQL training sessions to empower internal teams with autonomous data querying capabilities.
